Heritage-Crystal Clean Inc., which provides parts cleaning and containerized waste services,
plans to raise up to $37 million in an initial public offering,
according to a registration statement filed Tuesday with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The Elgin, Ill.-based company focuses on parts cleaning, containerized waste, used oil
and vacuum services within the industrial and hazardous waste services market.
Heritage-Crystal Clean said its customers include car dealerships, automotive repair shops
and trucking firms, as well as small manufacturers, such as metal product fabricators and printers.
The company said its services allow customers, particularly small and mid-sized businesses,
to outsource the handling and disposal of parts cleaning solvents as well as other containerized waste.
